Having visited various features of fluvial landforms like waterfalls, interlocking spurs, our students also went to Mt. Aso (top active volcano in the world) to witness the magnificence of volcanic landforms. Being the longest foot spa in Japan, Hot Foot 105 is equipped with seated foot spas, food steamers, etc. They also paid a visit to Yutoku Inari Shrine in Kashima, which is one of the three largest shrines in Japan. The cultural side of Japan is unveiled with students exploring the Hirodo Castle, Nagasaki Peace Park and Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum. As an experiential learning opportunity, students are immensely engaged in geographical, historical and cultural aspects of Kyushu. |
