Started with the agricultural presentation by the Grade 10 students, we were well-prepared for the field trip to Ditzler Orchard and Swinford Farms. We learnt about pig farming and experienced the apples, corn and soybeans harvest. At the end, learning how to make cookies at the Cooking Laboratory of SVHS made a sweet-tasted ending to this perfect day! |
