Our Business Administration Society leased a stall called “Sudden Chicken” in Tung Tau Industrial Area Playground in 2017 Lunar New Year Fair. It aimed at providing an opportunity for our students to run a business and practice their social responsibilities. The students took the initiative to arrange everything in details, including the purchase, product design, promotion and etc. They were able to put into practice what they had learnt in the classroom. They had also learnt active learning techniques, collaborative work, problem-based learning during the process. In addition, the Society had resolved to donate the net profit of HK$15,000 to “Walk with Lutheranians in Love Fund” in order to show their recognition of social responsibilities. |
