The S.1 to S.5 Parents’ Day yielded a great success for giving parents an overview of the school life as accompanied by an amicable ambience. It was an effective bridge to create good parent-teacher and parent-children communication which could enhance the learning outcomes of students. Also, there was a fund raising event organized by the PTA in our covered playground which sold stationeries, second-hand books and food to encourage parents to make donations for the “Walk with Lutheranians in Love Fund”. This Fund aims to show our recognition of social responsibilities. Besides, there was a gathering of elite students and parents with our principal, Mr. Wan and vice principals, Mr. Tam and Ms. Tang in our school library. Congratulations to all S.1-5 academic achievers whose hours of study in the first term were paid off. Their academic endeavor is highly appreciated and may their remarkable enthusiasm be an example to all of us. |
